First move connecting the residential towers to the woolsworts shopping centre. Connection points change the use of the particular lvl that they connect to. The connection points at podium lvl change to public use from private residential as the lvl will become a high use area and . This public use can include, restauraunts, cafes, clubs.
SECOND MOVE
Since the first move reappropriated the podium lvls that were origninally the open private space for the residents of the towers we thought that since we removed this space we needed to replace these spaces.
We created a multi-level carpark with the rooftop lvl becoming the private open space for the residents. The connecting bridges will be private access only. Along with connecting the residents to the new public space the bridge creates a new access point for residents to access carparking.
the next move will be to connect the public podium lvls with the ground lvl as well as connecting the other residential towers to the new private space and car park.
